At MZ Wallace, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unused, unworn merchandise with original tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the box at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
